The basis for all the work we do here at CrossFit Second Nature starts here. In the introduction class you’ll begin to learn all the fundamental exercises, movements, and skill associated with CrossFit. This class is required for all of those new to sport of CrossFit.
CrossFit Second Nature uses everyday functional movements and incorporates them into each workout. We perform those workouts at high intensity with varied weights and times to consistently improve the overall health, strength, and fitness of our clients.
